Earlier in the day, news started to trickle that Google has sold out the Nexus 4 on the US Play Store. More importantly, this comes at a time where the Nexus 5 has been leaked numerous times, once by Google itself. Now, comes another leak, the consists of live photos of the incoming smartphone that are also complemented with quick videos.
This leak comes courtesy a Googler who apparently left the device to charge on the bar according to Android and Me. Apparently, someone at the bar realized it was the Nexus 5 and grabbed on to it to make two short video where he tried to unlock the phone, but failed. Luckily though, the person took decent shots of the front and the back giving us another look at the device.
Last week, the phone also went through the FCC in the US, but still details regarding its spec are vague. If one looks at history, the Nexus 4 was basically the LG Optimus G with a newer design and the Nexus 5 could follow suit and boast of the same feature set as the LG G2, which by the way is one of the most Android smartphones that money can buy. Whatever happens, one thing is for sure, the Nexus 5 will have a 1080p screen and will be probably powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 CPU, and this will result in it being supremely popular.
It is also expected to ship with Android 4.4, which has been dubbed Kit Kat, after popular chocolate.
