Twitter updates web and mobile apps with improved conversation view and ability to report abuse

Twitter has released a major update for Twitter.com and Twitter mobile apps (iOS and Android) that changes the way people converse on the micro blogging platform. Post the update; one can easily keep track of conversations between people on their timeline and also share them easily via email.
Many a times people lose track of a conversation since not everyone replies immediately to a tweet. Earlier one had to expand individual posts to see who all had replied to it. But from now Twitter will show conversations in chronological order and each tweet will be connected using a vertical line. Your timeline will show up to three tweets in a sequence connected by the blue vertical line. To see the rest of the conversation, you can click on any one of the tweet in the conversation to see all the replies.
In addition to the conversations UI, Twitter has also improved the way you can share tweets. The update lets one share entire conversations or individual tweets via email on iPhones and Android devices. Twitter has also added the ability to report abusive tweets or spam messages from within the Android app, which was previously unavailable. The feature, which has been available on iPhone for quite a while, will roll out slowly.
You can head over to the App Store or the Play Store to download the latest update. In the meantime you can watch the small demo below to see how conversation works.
