Apple and Burberry are collaborating to showcase the photographic capabilities of the iPhone 5S, which will be used to shoot the Spring/Summer 2014 Runway Show in London on September 16. Burberry customers can watch the show live on www.Burberry.com on September 16 starting at 2:30 PM GMT.
The new iSight camera is one of the major additions to the iPhone 5S. While it retains the same 8-megapixel count as the iPhone 4S and iPhone 5, it features a wider f/2.2 aperture, larger 1.5 micron pixels, and a TrueTone flash that attempts to balance the flash light in accordance with the environment. Additionally, thanks to the new A7 chip, Apple has vastly improved image processing that facilitates new features like tone mapping, burst mode, a slo-mo mode, a software enabled image stabilization system.
The iPhone 5S camera is also enhanced by the bouquet of software features enabled by iOS 7, that includes a new camera interface.
It would probably be the first time that Apple has tied up with a fashion brand to promote the iPhone before it is available for consumers to buy.
