Last night at an event on its Cupertino campus, Apple introduced two new devices— the iPhone 5S and theiPhone 5C. For those who missed out on the event, you can watch the keynote address on Apple’s Event page. Additionally, Apple has also uploaded a couple of product videos on its YouTube channel, which show both the devices in action.
In the first video, Johny Ive talks about the polycarbonate iPhone 5C saying, “The iPhone 5C is beautifully and unapologetically plastic,” and explains how using this new iPhone is an “experience”.
The second video shows Dan Riccio and Craig Federighi talking about the iPhone 5S and all the new features that have been introduced on the new device. They talk in detail about the new iSight camera, dual-LED flash, Burst Mode, Slo-Mo video recording, and True Tone flash.
The third and final video features the much-talked-about Touch ID fingerprint scanner on the iPhone 5S. Ive and Riccio take turns in explaining the technology behind the sensor and how much effort they put in to make it.
