Lucid, an event company is all set to bring the house down with Bakermat and Ox7gen at The Big Bang Bar on Thursday, 5th of September.

Lodewijk Fluttert AKA Bakermat, influenced by Blues and Jazz at a very young age, the
influence music had on him was evident to all around. When he turned 18, he went on
to study Psychology, live by himself and it is at the University of Utrecht where he began
experimenting with deep house and producing music. He soon found his own unique
sound and began DJ'ing and producing his own music, blending his love for jazz and soul
with his new found passion he felt for deep house. It was only a matter of time before he
started making waves and his refreshing take on music began to garner a lot of attention.
Just like that, he transformed from someone with no musical network to someone who has
agents and record labels knocking on his door. Just recently, he has been invited to Play
a Month long residency at the Prestigious and Legendary IBIZA 1936 for Atmosphere
Thursdays. His music has broken barriers and his popularity has reached such heights
that Bakermat has more Soundcloud plays than deadmau5 in terms of every track.

One of Mumbai's own, Aditya Ashok trades in his drum sticks from a DJ Console.
Ashok AKA Ox7gen, opens the night up with some liquid/ambient drum and bass
, a movement which is hitting the mainstream hard. Self taught, Ashok produces and
has played at major festivals all over, including SUNBURN, Bacardi NH7 Weekender,
BASS Camp and many more. When he's not drumming with brilliant hometown bands
like The Other People and The Colour Compound, you can find him dropping some
heavy beats and symphonic rhythms with some of the biggest names in international
Bass Music like London Elektricity, KOAN Sound Concord Dawn, Dub Phizix & Nymfo
to name a few.
Just like last time, these two acts will be given added visual support by Wolves.
Wolves consists of Joshua D'Mello and Jash Reen who create fresh and out of
the box designs through 3-D mapping and sheer ingenuity. These youngsters
are redefining the field and taking their passion to a whole new level proving their
worth with gigs at Smash Up and Bass Camp as well as commercial events like
Lakme Fashion Week.
Where – The Big Bang Bar, Linking Road.
When – Thursday, 5th September. 9pm onwards.
