Just as we gear up for the launch of the next iPhone and the colorful iPhone 5C, Apple insider Sonny Dicksonhas posted multiple pictures of the iPad mini 2. From the looks of it the next iPad mini will be very similar to the current generation model. The design language also resembles the leaked images of the iPad 5.
Of course, these are just shots of the frame and innards of the next iPad mini and there is no way to ascertain to the authenticity of the images. But considering Apple’s policy of a ‘tick-tock’ upgrade path, and Sonny Dickson’s reputation, this could actually be the real deal. Most probably, externally it will remain rather unchanged and most of the major changes will be reflected in the internals like a faster A6 CPU or probably a Retina Display.
