Nokia is in the news again, but this time for its forthcoming handset. After a couple of earlier rumors, @evleakshas leaked a screenshot of the company’s first and probably the last ever phablet named Bandit aka Lumia 1520.The screenshot highlights its large display and shows off the three column tile interface with double wide tile in a row, and a couple of Nokia powered apps displayed on the homescreen.
It can be seen that the homescreen of the phablet will offer different types of tile placements in a three column interface. The Bandit is rumored to come with a 6-inch 1080p display and run on the Windows Phone 8.1 version of the OS which will come with GDR3 update that brings support for 1080p displays. It is also believed to be powered by a Qualcomm processor and sport a 20-megapixel PureView camera on the rear.
The Nokia Lumia 1520 phablet is expected to get launched on September 26, along with the company’s Windows RT tablet named Sirius.
