Study in UK: Commonwealth Scholarships

Study in UK: Commonwealth Scholarships
Students who are aiming for the Commonwealth Scholarships from developing Commonwealth countries have the option of Master's, PhD, and splitsite (PhD) study in the UK.
The UK Department for International Development (DFID) are the ones who fund these scholarships.

The Commonwealth Scholarships is a nominating agency in each Commonwealth country.

Also, university and university bodies in a lot of developing Commonwealth countries have been invited for the nomination of candidates to the CSC.
Around 300 of these scholarships are awarded to the deserving candidates every year. Around 3 more times nominations are received compared to the scholarships that are on offer. No country has any specific quotas regarding scholarships.
The candidates are judged on their academic merit, the quality of their proposal and the probable impact of their ideas on their country.
